Answers to Prayer


With regard to the recent Intercessory Prayer Questionnaire, one of the questions referred to answered prayer. As we received quite a positive response to this we thought it would be a good idea to keep a record of answered prayer.

We have in mind three options:
  1. A Prayer Tree - whereby the answers to prayer can be written on a leaf shaped card and attached to a tree (that will be provided), similar to the one used at the last Easter Activity Afternoon
  2. A Prayer Cross - we already have a cross made out of wire that was used at DTI. Answers to prayer can be written on paper / card and either attached to the cross or laid beneath it
  3. A Prayer Journal/Scrapbook - whereby people can write or draw directly in the book
  4. A Prayer board – where anyone can write answers to prayer on sticky notes and place them on the prayer board

Update


Thank you to the 24 people who responded to the questionnaire. We have decided to have a journal on the table in the main hall below the cross.  All the responses are on the first page, and we would like to encourage everyone to write any answers to prayer in the following pages of the journal.
